12月9日，國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)(ICOM)在網(wǎng)上公布了2020年國(guó)際博物館日主題及海報(bào)。

　　關(guān)于國(guó)際博物館日

　　1946年11月，國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)在法國(guó)巴黎成立。1974年6月，國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)于哥本哈根召開第11屆會(huì)議，將博物館定義為“是一個(gè)不追求營(yíng)利，為社會(huì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)的公開的永久機(jī)構(gòu)。它把收集、保存、研究有關(guān)人類及其環(huán)境見證物當(dāng)做自己的基本職責(zé)，以便展出，公諸于眾，提供學(xué)習(xí)、教育、欣賞的機(jī)會(huì)。”

　　1971年國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)在法國(guó)召開大會(huì)，針對(duì)當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展，探討了博物館的文化教育功能與人類未來(lái)的關(guān)系。1977年，國(guó)際博物館協(xié)會(huì)為促進(jìn)全球博物館事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，吸引全社會(huì)公眾對(duì)博物館事業(yè)的了解、參與和關(guān)注，向全世界宣告：1977年5月18日為第一個(gè)國(guó)際博物館日并每年為國(guó)際博物館日確定活動(dòng)主題。
